Le Meridien St. Julians Car Park
Park Well started operating the Le Meridien St. Julians car park in June 2006. This came as the result of several months of discussions and planning related to all aspects of the car park operations.
Our involvement included the decision making process related to the type of equipment to be installed at both the underground car park, and the surface parking area located immediately opposite the main entrance to the hotel. We installed, commissioned, and continue to support and maintain all the equipment ourselves.
We were also directly involved in all the necessary line-marking, signage and ancilliary systems required for the smooth operation of the car park.
From date of commissioning we have been responsible for the actual management of both of the car park operations. This includes the provsion of security officers to handle enquiries and provide cashiering facilities during peak hours. A site supervisor is also available on a regular basis to manage all corporate parking deals, arrangements for special events and parking concessions for the clients of businesses located in the vicinity.
